Application: Can be applied as a powder on the entire face or just a blush. Can also be used as an eyeshadow by wetting the tip of the applicator. For a natural look the applicator should be used dry but for a more intense makeup a moist applicator can be used. Can be applied wet or dry on the eyelids.
