At Pastel Cosmetics UK we work with Royal Mail and offer you the options below:
1. Standard Delivery (2-4 Business Days): £1.99 - This service is FREE for orders worth £15.00 or more.
2. Tracked Delivery (1-2 Business Days): £3.99 - This service is FREE for orders worth £20 or more.
3. Special Next (Business) Day Delivery: £7.49 - For this service orders must be placed before 3pm for same day despatch and delivery next business day. Orders placed after 3pm, weekends or Bank Holidays will be processed the following business day.
Orders are picked, packed and despatched Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays. Orders placed after 4pm will be processed the following business day.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unopened and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. Please enter your order number in both the subject bar and email itself. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Wrong product ordered/Change of mind
If you ordered the wrong product or simply no longer want the product then you will have to arrange and pay for the postage/shipping cost of the product yourself. We cannot provide return labels in these circumstances.
Orders can be cancelled at any point. However, if your order has already been despatched, then you will have to arrange for the return shipping once you have received the order for us to process a refund. If you notify us via email of your desire to cancel your order before despatch, a refund can be issued immediately.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
